A lot of questions arises our mind when we think of exercises and fitness routine during pregnancy-whether it will be safe or not or it might put us at risk of miscarriage
. Here’s the answer to all such questions.
                   
  • Is Exercise During Pregnancy Safe?
Yes it is absolutely safe to exercise during pregnancy. It doesn't puts you at risk of miscarriage. In fact it is essential to do some form of healthy exercise to ensure healthy pregnancy.
  • How does exercising help during pregnancy?
  Proper exercise routine will ensure woman doesn't gain weight after the delivery of baby.     Also lack of proper workout will lead to high blood pressure, back and body aches. 
  • If one has never been to the gym, is pregnancy the ideal time to start?
  In this case high intense workout is not recommended. However, you still require 30-40          minutes of walk everyday. Those, who have already been exercising prior to pregnancy, and    their bodies are conditioned, they can continue with their workouts.
  • How intense can the pregnancy workout be?
 Intensity of the workout will differ for different persons as fitness level differs from person to person. However, intense workout is not recommended as it may cause joint injury. Also you  need to dial down the intensity as your pregnancy progresses.
